Japanese Koi metal print by Daniel Jean-Baptiste. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

About Daniel Jean-Baptiste
Using nature as my muse and silk as my canvas, I am a watermedia artist who specializes in watercolor, watercolor batik, ink, and acrylic. I find the layering, transparency, and spontaneous nature of watercolors to be particularly appealing. My artwork is often inspired by the lush landscapes, tropical botanicals, exotic animals, and underwater scenes that surround me in my Caribbean home of St. Lucia. In my watercolor batik paintings, I use high-quality Chinese Habotai silk as my canvas. I create vibrant colors by layering alternating washes of watercolor and wax to give my pieces a distinct impressionistic quality.
